Tendering Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and analyze RFPs, EOIs, and government/private tenders across sectors (Airports, Railways, Urban Transit, Water, Institutional, etc.)
• Prepare and manage complete techno-commercial proposals with strict adherence to deadlines
• Attend pre-bid meetings, analyze client requirements, and strategize win themes
• Identify and collaborate with suitable firms for JVs/Consortiums with competitive bid fee estimations
• Coordinate between partners, consultants, and internal teams throughout the bidding lifecycle
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Follow up on submitted proposals, awards, and certifications

Desired Profile:

• B.Tech (Civil) preferred
• 3–10 years of experience in tendering / business development
• Strong communication & negotiation skills (English mandatory)
• Excellent documentation, presentation & coordination abilities
• Candidates with IT background will not be considered
