Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project execution teams to ensure technical accuracy and competitive pricing.
• Float enquiries to vendors/subcontractors, evaluate offers, and prepare comparative statements.
• Ensure compliance with all technical, commercial, and statutory requirements during tender preparation.
• Attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and client discussions to clarify project scope and requirements.
• Manage tender submission schedules, documentation, and follow-ups with clients and consultants.
• Track and monitor new tenders on portals such as GeM, AAI (Airports Authority of India), and eProcurement platforms.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of

  electrical systems in aviation infrastructure

  (airfield lighting, HT/LT systems, earthing, cabling, power distribution, etc.)
• Understanding of tendering processes in

  AAI, DIAL, MIAL, and other aviation clients

  .
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD (preferred).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with government and PSU tender portals (e.g., GeM, CPP, AAI e-tender).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.

Preferred Experience:

• 2–4 years of experience in tendering, estimation, or proposal engineering for

  aviation, airport, or large-scale electrical projects

• Experience with

  airfield lighting, terminal electrical systems, and associated infrastructure works

  will be an advantage.
