1. Tender Search through incoming tenders and note tender due date, project start and end date, tender submission instructions/requirements and mode of submission.2. Submit the documents in stipulated time limits as mentioned in tenders3. Coordinate with the respective dept. for document procurement in process of tenders.4 . Reporting bidding status online/offline on daily basis5. Preparing Datasheet & maintaining records on regular basis6. Attending pre bid/post bid meetings with customers.7. Maintaining Customer Relationship with existing/new clients.8. Sales department / Sales Support Strong technical aptitude
