We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Tendering Expert to manage the complete tendering process, from analyzing tender documents to preparing competitive bids for large-scale engineering and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, strong commercial acumen, and proven experience in handling complex tender submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze tender documentation including drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contractual requirements.
• Prepare and submit high-quality technical and commercial proposals in line with client requirements and internal processes.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, finance, legal, and project teams to gather necessary information and inputs.
• Develop detailed cost estimates including materials, labor, equipment, subcontractor, and overhead costs.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotes and ensure their compliance with the tender specifications.
• Perform risk analysis and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and bid clarification sessions with clients.
• Ensure tenders are submitted within deadlines and comply with all contractual obligations and corporate standards.
• Support contract negotiations and provide input during post-tender clarification stages.
• Maintain and update a database of historical tenders, supplier contacts, and pricing information.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• 5+ years of experience in tendering or estimation, preferably in construction, oil & gas, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of tendering processes, pricing strategies, and contract terms (e.g., FIDIC).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, estimation software, and project management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
