Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Tendering Expert with in-depth knowledge of government procurement processes, bidding procedures, and contract management. The candidate will be responsible for identifying tenders, preparing proposals, ensuring compliance with eligibility criteria, and coordinating with internal teams to secure projects successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify relevant tenders (government/PSUs/private) through online portals and other sources.
  • Study tender documents, eligibility requirements, and technical specifications in detail.
  • Prepare and compile technical & financial proposals as per tender requirements.
  • Coordinate with design, engineering, finance, and legal teams for timely submission.
  • Ensure compliance with all terms, conditions, and documentation (legal, financial, certifications).
  • Track amendments, pre-bid queries, and clarifications related to tenders.
  • Submit bids within deadlines through online e-tendering portals (e-procurement, GEM, CPPP, etc.).
  • Maintain and update tender/bid database, trackers, and follow-ups.
  • Handle correspondence with clients, government departments, and consultants regarding tenders.
  • Assist in negotiations, contract finalization, and post-bid documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, statutory requirements, and quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in tendering, bid management, or contracts (preferably in architectural/engineering/construction sector).
  • Thorough understanding of government procurement processes, GFR rules, GEM portal, CPPP, and e-tendering platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of tender documentation, BOQ preparation, costing, and financial evaluation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online procurement systems.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
