About us :- We are an Architectural and Engineering consultancy firm based from Indore. Looking for Business development manager Cum Tendering Expert. Candidate should have Experience in Bidding process in various government portal We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Tendering Expert to manage the complete tendering process, from analyzing tender documents to preparing competitive bids for large-scale engineering and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, strong commercial acumen, and proven experience in handling complex tender submissions. Key Responsibilities: Review and analyze tender documentation including drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contractual requirements. Prepare and submit high-quality technical and commercial proposals in line with client requirements and internal processes. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, finance, legal, and project teams to gather necessary information and inputs. Develop detailed cost estimates including materials, labor, equipment, subcontractor, and overhead costs. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotes and ensure their compliance with the tender specifications. Perform risk analysis and develop appropriate mitigation strategies. Attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and bid clarification sessions with clients. Ensure tenders are submitted within deadlines and comply with all contractual obligations and corporate standards. Support contract negotiations and provide input during post-tender clarification stages. Maintain and update a database of historical tenders, supplier contacts, and pricing information. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field). 5+ years of experience in tendering or estimation, preferably in construction, oil & gas, infrastructure, or industrial projects. Strong knowledge of tendering processes, pricing strategies, and contract terms (e.g., FIDIC). Proficiency in Microsoft Office, estimation software, and project management tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location: In person
