Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer with 2–3 years of proven experience in infrastructure development and road construction projects. The ideal candidate will support planning, execution, and supervision of project activities to ensure timely and quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, designing, and executing road and infrastructure projects.
• Prepare technical drawings, BOQs, estimates, and project documentation.
• Oversee site activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams for smooth project execution.
• Conduct surveying, leveling, and site measurements as required.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports.
• Ensure adherence to relevant codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Assist in resolving technical issues and ensuring timely completion of project milestones.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• 2–3 years of experience in road construction, infrastructure development, and site supervision.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic project management tools.
• Knowledge of materials, construction methods, and government specifications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
