ob Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Architect to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing architectural projects from inception to completion. The role involves preparing drawings, coordinating with consultants and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with building codes/regulations, and delivering innovative, functional, and sustainable design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare conceptual and detailed architectural designs, drawings, and presentations.
• Develop layouts, working drawings, and specifications using CAD, BIM (Revit), or other design tools.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to integrate design solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, development regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and provide technical guidance during execution.
• Prepare tender documents, BOQs, and assist in bidding/contract processes when required.
• Interact with clients, government authorities, and stakeholders for approvals and project clearances.
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technological advancements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• Registration with Council of Architecture (COA) preferred/mandatory.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering medium to large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office, and other relevant software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, bye-laws, and regulatory frameworks.
• Creative flair with an eye for detail, proportion, and functionality.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
