Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to manage and oversee daily construction activities at our project sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing construction plans, supervising on-site teams, ensuring work quality and safety, and coordinating with project stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all on-site civil construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Execute and monitor construction work schedules and progress.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and laborers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure work is completed to the highest standard.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly progress reports and documentation.
• Ensure site safety and environmental compliance by enforcing safety regulations and standards.
• Manage materials and resources efficiently to minimize wastage and downtime.
• Resolve any unexpected technical issues or challenges that arise during construction.
• Communicate project status and updates to project managers, architects, and engineers.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience (typically 2+ years) in site engineering or civil construction projects.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and plans.
• Familiarity with construction software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar tools.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
