The Building Contractor (TBC), under Tribicon Pvt Ltd, is a Kochi-based design–build construction firm delivering premium residential and villa projects across Kerala. Our approach combines design creativity with structural precision—built with clarity, intent, and quality.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations, including supervision and monitoring of site labour and subcontractors (site responsibilities may vary by project)
• Organize construction materials and ensure the site is maintained in a safe, clean, and orderly condition
• Review, coordinate, and authorize technical drawings and engineering plans
• Prepare work schedules and communicate updates or changes to site teams and clients
• Maintain effective communication with internal team members and external entities, including contracting agencies, owners, and key stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with construction specifications and safety standards through regular site inspections, progress monitoring, and verification of measurements and placements
• Support timely project execution by training, guiding, and coordinating with operators
• Prepare site reports and documentation as required
• Identify and resolve technical issues and unexpected site challenges promptly

Desired Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction, or a related field
• Additional certifications or licenses will be an added advantage (not mandatory)
• Good project management and coordination skills
• Valid two-wheeler and driving license
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the construction field
• Candidates preferably residing in or around the Ernakulam area

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
