About the Role:
We are looking for a Tender Support Executive to manage end-to-end client support throughout the tendering cycle. The role involves client onboarding, document verification, bid preparation, submission, post-submission follow-ups, and feedback handling using phone, email, WhatsApp, and remote access tools. Strong coordination, technical accuracy, and excellent communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate contact with clients to understand their products/services and tender eligibility, managing the support process independently
• Coordinate internally to identify relevant tenders and ensure compliance with tender requirements
• Provide technical and operational support for tender bidding on GeM and other eProcurement portals via phone, email, and remote tools
• Maintain trust-based client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
• Assist clients with bid submission, documentation, and portal navigation
• Ensure error-free, timely submission of bids
• Collect client feedback to improve services and identify new opportunities
• Handle multiple client projects simultaneously with proper documentation and communication logs
• Report daily progress and updates to the team lead
• Familiarity with various tender bidding portals
• Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati

Skills and Qualifications:

• 1+ year experience in Tender Support / GeM / eProcurement
• Hands-on experience with GeM Portal, Central/State eProcurement portals, and online bidding procedures
• Proficiency in Remote Access Tools, MS Office, PDF tools, email drafting, WhatsApp Business, and virtual meetings (Zoom/Meet)
• Strong communication, coordination, multitasking, and time-management skills
• Basic understanding of documentation for ISO, NSIC, and DPIIT Startup certifications
