Opportunity Scouting & Management: Proactively scout and identify new business opportunities and upcoming tenders in the domestic and international markets, with a focus on oil & gas, renewables (e.g., TPO), and chemical sectors.
RFP/RFQ Analysis: Conduct a thorough analysis of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Quotations (RFQs) to understand all requirements, including technical specifications, commercial terms, and compliance needs.
Proposal Development: Lead the creation of compelling and competitive proposals. This includes coordinating with internal teams (engineering, legal, finance, and operations) to gather necessary inputs and ensure all technical and commercial requirements are met.
Tender Submission: Manage the end-to-end tender submission process, ensuring all documents are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
Market Intelligence: Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations to help formulate winning strategies.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to enhance Suvira Energy’s market presence.
Negotiation & Finalization: Assist in negotiations with clients to clarify proposal details and finalize contracts, ensuring a smooth handover to the project execution team.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 4+years of experience in a similar role, specifically in managing domestic and international tenders within the energy, oil & gas, renewables, or chemical industries.
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or Petroleum is preferred).
Technical Knowledge: Proven ability to understand and interpret technical specifications, commercial terms, and legal requirements outlined in tender documents.
Proposal Writing: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive proposals.
Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Strategic Thinking: A proactive and strategic mindset with the ability to identify new business opportunities and develop effective winning strategies.
Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.

Working Days: Mon-Sat (2nd & 4th Sat Off)
Job Time: 9 am - 5.45 pm

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
