Medhavi Foundation is an education and skill development organization, founded in 2012 by IIT alumni, with a vision to bridge the gap between the demand and supply of skilled manpower across various vocational streams. Medhavi is driven by a commitment to develop India’s vocational talent pool through a unique combination of best-in-class learning technologies, expert trainers across disciplines, and a nationwide network of high-quality model skill training centres. Medhavi Foundation is the sponsoring body of Medhavi Skills University, Sikkim. It is registered as a not-for-profit organization under Section 25 of the Indian Companies Act, 1956. To achieve its mission, Medhavi Foundation has partnered with the National Skill Development Corporation, multiple corporates, and various State Skill Missions. By 2025, it has successfully skilled, trained, and created employment opportunities for over 5 lakh youth across India.

Role Overview:
The Tendering Specialist plays a pivotal role in identifying, evaluating, and securing government and CSR-funded projects aligned with Medhavi Foundation’s mission to deliver inclusive, scalable, and compliant livelihood and education programs across India.
Key Responsibilities:

To lead the end-to-end tendering process for government schemes (e.g., DDU-GKY, PMKVY, NULM, NSQF) and CSR initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment, documentation excellence, and regulatory compliance

Tender Identification & Analysis - Monitor central/state portals (e.g., CPPP, GeM, eProcurement) and CSR platforms for relevant RFPs/EOIs.

Analyze eligibility, scope, and compliance requirements to assess bid viability.

Proposal Development - Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, academic, legal) to prepare technical and financial proposals. Draft project narratives, budgets, work plans, and annexures aligned with donor expectations and Medhavi’s delivery capabilities.
Qualifications & Skills Required:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, Economics, Public Policy, or IT

Experience: 5–6 years in tendering, proposal writing, or government liaisoning in reputed Skill Development company
