Job Description

A Tender Manager oversees the entire tendering process, from identifying opportunities to submitting bids and managing post-submission activities. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to coordinate with various teams and manage deadlines. Key Responsibilities:

  • Tender Process Management:Managing the full lifecycle of tenders, including opportunity identification, proposal preparation, submission, and post-tender activities.
  • Document Review and Analysis:Carefully reviewing tender documents, contract terms, and technical specifications to understand requirements and identify potential risks.
  • Proposal Development:Coordinating with internal teams to gather necessary information, prepare compelling proposals, and ensure compliance with tender requirements.
  • Compliance and Risk Management:Ensuring all tender submissions meet relevant guidelines and regulations, and identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Stakeholder Communication:Maintaining effective communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams throughout the tender process.
  • Negotiation:Negotiating terms and conditions with clients and suppliers to secure favorable contract outcomes.
  • Record Keeping:Maintaining accurate records of all tender-related documentation and correspondence.
  • Market Awareness:Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging best practices in tendering.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: to assess tender requirements and identify potential issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: to effectively collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven negotiation skills: to secure favorable contract terms and pricing.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills: to manage multiple tenders and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite and tender management systems.
  • Experience in the specific industry or sector: relevant to the tenders being managed.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and procurement guidelines .
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
