 Key Responsibilities:  
 1. Tender/Bid Management:   Review and analyze tender documents and requirements.   Coordinate and compile all necessary documentation for bid submission.   Prepare technical and financial proposals in compliance with tender   specifications.   Ensure timely submission of tenders before deadlines.   
2. Documentation & Compliance:   
 Maintain an organized filing system of all tender documents and correspondence.   Ensure tenders comply with all legal, contractual, and company standards.   Follow up on amendments or addendums issued by the tendering authority.  
 3. Liaison & Coordination:   Liaise with internal departments (e.g., finance, legal, operations) to gather   necessary input.   Communicate with clients or government bodies for clarifications.   Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and quotes.   
4. Costing & Estimation:  
Assist in preparing pricing schedules and cost estimates.  Compare and evaluate quotations from vendors.   5. Post-Tender Follow-up:   Track submitted tenders and maintain a tender status database.   Assist in contract negotiation and handover to operations if the tender is awarded.   6. Market Research & Intelligence:   Monitor tender portals and other sources for new opportunities.   Analyze market trends and competitor bids when possible.   7. GeM and All NIC Portal Reverse Auction Knowledge   Requirements:    Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or   a related field.
