Location: Jaipur

Salary: 30-35k per month.

Role Overview:A Tender Executive for a solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) company in India will be responsible for identifying, preparing, and submitting bids for solar energy projects. This role involves coordinating with various internal teams, managing tender documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

 Tender Identification and Management

 Tender Preparation and Submission

 Compliance and Documentation

 Stakeholder Management Market Analysis and Strategy

Other Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present reports on tendering activities and performance.

• Participate in pre-bid meetings and post-bid discussions.

• Continuously improve tendering processes and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in tender management, preferably in the renewable energy or solar industry.•

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of solar EPC projects, including technical specifications, cost elements, and project lifecycle

.• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Familiarity with government e-procurement portals (CPPP, GeM, SECI, etc.)

.• Soft Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

.• Analytical and problem-solving skills.• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
