About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Tender Executive to manage end-to-end operations on the GeM Portal. The role involves product uploads, stock updates, bid participation, invoice generation, and buyer coordination. You will ensure timely and compliant handling of all government tender activities, supporting business growth through effective GeM management.

Key Responsibilities

· Upload and manage products on the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) Portal

· Regularly update stock levels on the GeM Portal

· Perform L1 comparison to ensure competitive pricing and vendor selection

· Handle bid processes:

· Publishing bids

· Sourcing and identifying relevant tenders

· Participating in bids as per eligibility

· Prepare and upload Bid Documents

· Generate Invoices and raise Amendments on the GeM Portal as required

· Coordinate with buyers to support and facilitate purchases through GeM

· Maintain proper documentation and filing of tender-related records

· Keep an accurate and up-to-date database and daily activity tracker

Skills & Requirements

· Minimum 6months -1 year of experience working as a Tender Executive (GeM portal experience required)

· Proficiency in working with the GeM portal and tender procedures

· Strong attention to detail and document handling skills

· Familiarity with government procurement guidelines and bid lifecycle

· Good communication and coordination skills

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
