We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our Academic Operations team. Role Overview: The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing day-to-day academic support operations, ensuring smooth communication between students and trainers, and driving a high standard of service delivery. As the Manager, you will oversee the execution of classes, handle escalations, and work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall learning experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the academic support team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Coordinate with trainers and academic staff to ensure timely and effective execution of classes and sessions. Address and resolve student queries related to classes, schedules, and academic concerns promptly and professionally. Handle escalations efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high levels of student satisfaction. Oversee multi-channel student support through calls, chats, and emails, ensuring consistency and quality. Maintain accurate records and documentation of student interactions, issues, and resolutions. Collaborate closely with academic and operational teams to continuously improve processes and the overall student experience. Monitor team performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial or operational role, preferably within the education sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage escalations professionally. Proficiency in using communication tools such as phone, chat, and email. Ability to lead, motivate, and work collaboratively within a team as well as independently. Why Join Us?
