Roles and Responsibilities Oversee construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards. Manage site engineering activities, including supervising laborers, engineers, and contractors. Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions as needed. Coordinate with architects, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental laws, and company policies. Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in civil construction management or a related field. Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil or equivalent qualification. Strong knowledge of construction management principles, practices, and techniques. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.

Design precast concrete elements such as beams, slabs, columns, etc. using software like SACs, SAFE, and other relevant tools. Develop detailed drawings and specifications for precast concrete components. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. Conduct site visits to monitor erection of precast structures and provide technical support as needed. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
