We are looking for a detail-oriented Tender Executive who will be responsible for managing end-to-end tender processes while also handling backend and coordination operations. The role requires strong documentation skills, compliance understanding, internal coordination, and operational follow-ups to ensure smooth execution of government and institutional projects.

Key Responsibilities

Tender Management

• Search, evaluate, and monitor tenders on GeM, CPPP, state portals, and other e‑procurement platforms
• Prepare, compile, and submit technical and commercial bids within timelines
• Ensure compliance with tender terms, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements
• Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and internal teams for specifications, certifications, and pricing
• Attend pre-bid meetings and handle clarifications, corrigenda, and amendments
• Maintain tender records, EMDs, PBGs, and contract documentation

Backend & Operations Support

• Coordinate with sales, accounts, logistics, and installation teams for order execution
• Prepare internal costing sheets, BOQs, comparison statements, and approval notes
• Maintain project trackers, order status, delivery schedules, and installation timelines
• Handle invoicing coordination, payment follow-ups, and basic MIS reporting
• Maintain CRM/backend data for leads, tenders, and awarded projects

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate / Post Graduate (Any discipline; business or engineering preferred)
• 1–4 years of experience in tendering (Government / Institutional projects preferred)
• Hands-on experience with GeM portal and e‑tendering platforms
• Strong documentation, MS Excel, Word, and email communication skills
• Good coordination, follow-up, and time management abilities
• Basic understanding of backend operations, logistics, and billing processes

Preferred Skills

• Experience in fitness equipment, sports infrastructure, or project-based industries
• Knowledge of GST basics, invoicing, and commercial terms
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously
