Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process, preparing RFPs, drafting methodologies, creating presentations, and coordinating with internal as well as external stakeholders. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

Preparing and managing Request for Proposals (RFPs) and related tender documents and also preparing methodology.

Developing detailed methodologies, proposals, and project frameworks.

Creating and designing presentations (PPTs) for client submissions and internal discussions.

Coordinating with teams to gather required information and documents for tenders.

Attending meetings with clients/stakeholders and preparing meeting minutes.

Ensuring timely submission of tenders and related documentation.

Maintaining a database of tenders, bids, and submissions for record-keeping and tracking.

Key Skills Required

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Good analytical and research abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Excellent coordination and multitasking skills.

Preferred Specializations / Field Domains:

Candidates with prior knowledge or academic/industrial exposure in the following domains will be preferred:

Infrastructure & Construction Tenders

IT/Technology & Software Development Tenders

Consulting & Research-based Tenders

Public Sector/Government Bids

Healthcare & Education Projects

Energy, Power & Environment-related Proposals
