· Support the sales cycle by responding to RFPs and tenders.
· Prepare bid responses including company credentials, eligibility documents, and other legal documentation.
· Coordinate with OEMs for solution design, documentation, and timely follow-ups.
· Prepare commercial proposals in line with client requirements.
· Understand RFP requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
· Arrange POC (Proof of Concept) for customers in collaboration with OEMs.
· Work closely with partners/vendors and manage coordination for submissions.
· Conduct site visits for requirement gathering when needed.
· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field.
· Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
· Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical and business information effectively to customers and OEMs.
· Hands-on experience with tender portals (GeM, e-tendering platforms, partner portals).
