Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tender Executive, located in Noida. The Tender Executive will be responsible for managing the entire bidding process, including identifying relevant tenders, preparing and submitting bids, coordinating with internal teams to gather required information, and ensuring compliance with tender requirements. The role also includes maintaining records of all tenders and bids, as well as liaising with clients and stakeholders to follow up on submissions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify relevant tender opportunities by searching various tender portals, websites etc. 
  • Downloading tenders and thorough analysis of Technical and Commercial eligibility.  
  • Prepare all the technical and commercial compliance and tender requisition and submit high-quality tender proposals. 
  • Ensure timely submission of tenders. 
  • Preparing and creating various product Catalogue Publication at GeM Portal. 
  • Providing and creating Authorization Code to our various Partner/Resellers. 
  • Dispatch and track of offline submitted tenders. 
  • Analyse previous bid outcomes for continuous improvement. 
  • Implement strategies to enhance the competitiveness of tender submissions. 
  • Coordinate with sales, accounts, legal / certification and technical teams for competitive tender responses. 
  • Establish relationships with key clients and channel partners.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in tender and bid management, including preparation and submission
  • Mandatory working experience on GeM Portal.

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills for managing internal and external communication
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements related to tenders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in the UAV or related technology industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
