Tender Executive

Job Vacancy: Tender Executive Position: Tender Executive Department: Sales / Business Development / Tendering Location: (Faridabad) Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years (Govt. / PSU / Railways / GeM / IREPS tendering preferred) Qualification: Graduate / Diploma (Technical background preferred) 🔹 Key Responsibilities Identify suitable government and private tenders on portals such as GeM, IREPS, CPPP, State e-tender portals, etc. Download tender documents, study technical & commercial requirements. Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Quality, Purchase) to collect technical data, costing, and compliance. Prepare and submit technical bids, financial bids, compliance sheets, declarations, and supporting documents. Ensure timely submission of online and offline tenders before deadlines. Maintain tender documentation: EMD, PBG, vendor registration certificates, NSIC/MSME records, etc. Follow up on tender status, corrigendum, and post-bid clarifications. Coordinate for e-token/DSC, vendor registrations, and certificate renewals. Prepare MIS reports on tender wins/losses and submission status. Maintain communication with clients/departments for tender queries. Ensure all tender submissions comply with company policies and customer requirements. 🔹 Skills Required Good knowledge of Govt./PSU e-tender portals (GeM, IREPS, CPP, BEL, BHEL, ONGC, etc.) Strong understanding of tender documents, BOQ, NIT, and commercial terms. Excellent computer skills (MS Excel, Word and PDF handling). Strong organizational and documentation skills. Ability to coordinate with multiple departments. Good communication and email drafting skills.
