Job Vacancy: Product Development (Railways), CNC & VMC Programming & Machine Shop Supervision We are looking Engineer for Product Development (Railways), CNC & VMC Programming & Machine Shop Supervisor to join our team. If you are interested, please send your cv to:   Department: Production / Product Development / Machining   Job Purpose To handle product development activities for railway components, prepare CNC/VMC programs, optimize machining processes, and supervise the machine shop to ensure smooth production, quality, and on-time delivery. Job Responsibilities: 1. Develop new products as per railway drawings & specifications. 2. Develop manufacturing processes for new components. 3. Coordinate with design, quality, and production teams for Development. 4. Create CNC & VMC programs. 5. Troubleshoot machining/programming issues. 6. Update and maintain program history and storage. 7. Allocate daily work to machine operators (CNC, VMC, conventional). 8. Ensure production targets, quality, and productivity. 9. Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance needs 10. Maintain 5S, safety practices, and discipline in the shop floor. 11. Ability to work under pressure and deliver within deadlines. 12. Maintain Daily Report and Report Management abnormalities.
