The organisation is now building India’s first Tender Aggregation and Contractor Execution Ecosystem, designed to streamline tender sourcing, contractor allocation, and execution automation across multiple sectors.

Role Description

Raza Group is seeking a highly capable Tender Demand & Supply Officer (TDSO) to lead tender operations, contractor execution, and digital monitoring systems. This role requires a combination of strong technical background, high-speed coordination, and the ability to manage large-scale tender workflows with discipline and clarity.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily tender sourcing across Govt, PSU, EPC, and Private sectors

• BOQ analysis, estimation, costing, and feasibility assessment

• Allocation of contractors from a 1,000–5,000 member category-wise network

• Monitoring execution progress, quality control, and timelines

• Oversight of CRM dashboard and automation tools

• Coordination with documentation, accounts, and site teams

• Daily reporting and updates to the CMD office

Requirements

• B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)

• MBA in Project, Infrastructure, Operations, or Construction Management (Mandatory)

• 8–10 years of experience in tendering, BOQ analysis, and contractor management

• Expertise in tender documentation, estimation, and rate analysis

• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with tender portals

• Ability to manage contractors and execution workflows

• High-level coordination, leadership, speed, and discipline
