We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Telly Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in a customer service or sales role and will be responsible for making outbound calls to promote our products and services, while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our offerings.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while communicating with clients.
Record and update customer interactions and feedback in the database.
Work towards meeting individual and team sales targets and goals.
Follow up with leads and nurture customer relationships for future sales opportunities.
