In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients by phone, promoting our trademark registration and protection services, and closing sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive manner, and a passion for sales. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and sell trademark services (e.g., trademark search, registration, renewal, and legal protection). Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and follow up on leads. Explain the benefits and process of trademark registration in a clear and compelling way. Maintain an accurate and updated database of client information in CRM systems. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs. Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients. Handle objections professionally and convert interest into confirmed sales. Provide post-sale support and ensure smooth handover to the operations/legal team. Stay updated on trademark laws, regulations, and industry best practices. Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve performance.
