Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Noida. The Telesales Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks such as making outbound sales calls, answering customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting customers throughout their investment journey. The role also involves customer support and participating in training sessions to keep up-to-date with product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Excellent Communication and Sales skills
• Ability to participate in and benefit from Training sessions
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
• Previous experience in telesales or a related field is preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

You Should Have:

• 0–1 years of experience
• Polite, confident tone
• Basic understanding of financial services (preferred, not mandatory)
