Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing excellent customer service, and guiding clients through the sales process. Daily tasks include answering queries, addressing customer concerns, and closing sales. The role also involves attending training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in Sales
• Willingness to participate in Training sessions
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Experience in the interior design industry is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
