Telesales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Make 100–200 outbound calls daily to connect with potential candidates.
• Provide detailed counselling about Eurocas programs and opportunities in a friendly and professional manner.
• Guide candidates step-by-step through admission and placement processes, ensuring complete satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and candidate interactions in the system.
• Achieve monthly targets while maintaining a high level of service quality.
• Work closely with the team to support enrollment and placement goals.

Who Can Apply:

• Candidates with minimum 1 year of telecalling or counselling experience.
• Tamil-speaking candidates are strongly preferred.
• Candidates who are energetic, goal-oriented, and passionate about guiding students and professionals toward their career paths.
