Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Panjim - Goa. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via phone to present and promote real estate opportunities. Daily tasks include making cold calls, responding to inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and following up with leads. The role also involves maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English and Hindi; proficiency in other languages is a plus
• Previous experience in real estate or related field is advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or real estate are beneficial
