Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist, located in Noida. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone, providing information about property options and investment opportunities, and converting leads into sales. Daily tasks include managing customer inquiries, maintaining records of customer interactions, providing excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets. The specialist will also participate in training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven Sales skills and the ability to meet targets
• Training experience or the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new sales strategies
• High level of organizational and record-keeping skills
• Experience in the real estate or property investment sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
