Responsibilities: Outbound Calling & Inbound Calling Lead Generation Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Customer Support Follow-up Sales incentives
Key Responsibilities: Visit consumer sites to collect required documents (Aadhar, PAN, Light Bill, Ownership Proof, etc.). Verify and cross-check collected documents for correctness and completeness. Submit documents to office or respective government departments (National Portal, DISCOM, etc.). Coordinate with consumers and internal teams for any missing or pending documents. Maintain a daily report of collections and submissions. Ensure timely and accurate documentation as per company process. Skills & Requirements: Good communication & coordination skills. Basic knowledge of documents related to solar or government processes (preferred). Two-wheeler and smartphone are mandatory. Punctual, responsible, and confident in field communication. Qualification: Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream) Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers welcome) Work Details: Type: 100% Field Work Working Days: Monday to Saturday Timing: [9:30am to 6:30pm]
