Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Support Executive at our Rajkot location. The Sales Support Executive will assist the sales team with client communication and coordinate sales processes. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, maintaining client records, preparing sales documentation, and supporting the execution of sales strategies. The executive will also provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations of the sales department.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills
• Proficiency in maintaining records, preparing sales documentation, and using relevant software tools
• Ability to perform administrative tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of the renewable energy or electrical contracting sector is a plus
• Strong problem-solving ability and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
