Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for various departments including Sales, Back Office, Site, and Technical teams. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing, screening, and coordination skills to ensure smooth and efficient hiring processes. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling, and onboarding. Prepare and post job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers. Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidates’ communication, attitude, and fit. Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements. Draft offer letters, appointment letters, and joining documentation. Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Support in employee onboarding, induction, and documentation processes. Assist in other HR operations and administrative tasks as required. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (experience in the solar or renewable industry preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of MS Office and recruitment tools/portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.). Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work independently. Positive attitude, professional ethics, and attention to detail.
