Job Summary: We are looking for an energetic HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end hiring for sales, technical, and support roles. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions within timelines. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment for B2C Sales, Engineers, Accounts & Back-office roles Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker Issue offer letters and follow up on joining Support onboarding documentation Work closely with HR Manager for manpower planning
