The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms and handling inbound sales inquiries generated via IndiaMART. This is a dual-role position combining digital catalog management with active sales coordination. Key Responsibilities: E-Commerce Product Listings Create, update, and optimize product listings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and our own website. Write SEO-friendly product titles, descriptions, bullet points, and tags. Upload product images and ensure quality and compliance with platform guidelines. Track listing performance, identify gaps, and suggest improvements. Manage stock visibility, pricing updates, and promotional campaigns. Sales Calling (IndiaMART Inquiries) Promptly respond to IndiaMART leads via call, WhatsApp, and email. Qualify leads, understand customer requirements, and suggest suitable products. Share product catalogs and quotations, and negotiate pricing when needed. Follow up consistently to convert leads into confirmed orders. Maintain CRM records for follow-ups and reporting. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or B2B sales. Excellent communication and persuasion skills in Hindi and English. Knowledge of online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho) and lead portals (IndiaMART). Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and listing tools. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills: Experience with catalog tools like GoKwik, Unicommerce, or Seller Central. Prior experience working with manufacturing or trading businesses.
