Internship Role: College Ambassador Intern

As a Program Management Intern, you won’t just support a brand — you’ll lead it across 10–15 campuses nationwide. This is your chance to gain real-world experience in leadership, team management, and brand execution — all while working directly with the founders of ON CAMPUS.

What You’ll Do

1. Team Management & Hiring

Recruit and onboard ON CAMPUS Club Interns across 10–15 colleges.

Schedule and conduct weekly check-ins.

Track output and guide team members for consistent performance.

2. Weekly Campaign Execution

Plan and assign weekly challenges, contests, and campaigns.

Monitor execution across colleges and ensure smooth delivery.

3. Content & Community Building

Review content from each college (reels, posts, Insta handles).

Drive engagement through giveaways, votes, and challenges.

4. Performance Reporting

Maintain a task tracker using Notion/Slack.

Submit structured weekly progress reports.

Recognize top performers and identify gaps for improvement.

Who Should Apply?

Only MBA Students enrolled in a recognized institution in India

Strong interest in marketing, brand management, or operations

Proven coordination, leadership, and execution abilities

Self-starters who can commit 4–5 hours/week

Prior ON CAMPUS Club Interns preferred (but not mandatory)
