Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist, located in Noida. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers by phone to inform them about our products and services. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, providing customer support, executing sales strategies, and maintaining customer databases. The role also involves training and improving sales skills to meet targets and goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Excellent Communication and Sales skills
• Experience in Training for sales and customer service processes
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in a telesales or customer service role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is desirable
