Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist situated in Surat. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential students to inform them about our courses and persuade them to enroll. The role includes providing excellent customer support, handling inquiries, maintaining detailed records of calls, and achieving monthly sales targets. Additionally, the Telesales Specialist will follow up with students, provide post-enrollment support, and contribute to team training sessions to improve sales techniques.

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in Telesales or a related sales role is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus
