Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Telesales Specialist, located in Kozhikode with some work-from-home flexibility. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing detailed information about our properties, persuading potential clients to invest in our real estate offerings, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. Daily tasks include responding to client inquiries, nurturing leads, and achieving sales targets. The specialist will also assist in customer support and may be involved in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.

• Proficient in Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Strong Communication and Sales skills
• Ability to participate in Training sessions for continuous improvement
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
