Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in New Delhi. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for prospecting, contacting potential clients via phone, managing customer inquiries, and providing support. The role involves maintaining an updated database of customer information and ensuring excellent customer service. Additional duties include providing sales information and updates to the respective teams and participating in sales training and meetings.

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Excellent Communication and Sales abilities
• Ability to handle inquiries and issues effectively and efficiently
• Proficiency in maintaining and updating client databases
• Prior experience in telesales or a related field is preferred
• Highly motivated with the ability to work independently
• Bachelor’s degree or a related field is a plus
