Job Description: Telesales Executive
Company: Urban Money Private LimitedIndustry: Banking & Loan ServicesSalary: Target-Based (Incentive-driven role)About the Role:Urban Money Private Limited is looking for motivated and result-oriented Telesales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in the banking or loan sector, strong communication skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets consistently.Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers for loan/financial products.
Explain company products clearly and accurately to customers.
Identify customer needs and offer suitable loan solutions.
Maintain daily call logs, follow-up details, and lead status.
Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the company.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Handle customer queries with professionalism and confidence.

Required Experience & Skills:

Mandatory experience in Banking / Loan / NBFC Sector.
Prior telesales or telecalling experience preferred.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Basic knowledge of loan products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, etc.).

Qualifications:

Minimum: Graduate preferred.
