Location: Mumbai & Delhi

Experience: 1 year minimum

Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹12,000/month (fixed)

Telecaller

What you’ll do:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients.
• Explain company services, event offerings, and upcoming exhibitions clearly and effectively.
• Maintain a database of leads, follow-ups, and call logs.
• Convert inquiries into qualified leads for the sales/event team.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and updates.
• Handle client queries professionally and provide accurate information.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and prompt follow-through.
• Perform basic data mining to identify new leads, contact lists, and potential business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in handling client objections and maintaining professionalism.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools, email communication).
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Prior Telecalling or customer support experience preferred (not mandatory).
