Telecaller

As a Telecaller at Big Star Productions Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through engaging conversations. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, effectively explaining our company services, event offerings, and upcoming exhibitions. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining a database of leads, converting inquiries into qualified leads, coordinating with internal teams for seamless communication, handling client queries professionally, and ensuring high levels of customer service. Additionally, you will perform basic data mining to identify new leads and potential business opportunities. Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Confidence in handling client objections and maintaining professionalism - Basic computer knowledge including Excel, CRM tools, and email communication - Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Prior experience in Telecalling or customer support is preferred but not mandatory Big Star Productions Pvt.
