Job Description

Job Overview:
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, follow up with customers, and support the sales team in achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to explain products or services
Handle inbound inquiries and provide information professionally
Generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
Follow up with interested customers and maintain relationship building
Update and maintain call logs, CRM entries, and daily reports
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
Understand customer needs and provide the right solutions
Maintain a positive attitude and excellent customer service standards

Qualifications & Skills:

0–2 years of experience as a Telecaller or in customer support/sales
Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
Strong phone handling, persuasion, and negotiation abilities
Basic computer skills (MS Office / CRM usage preferred)
Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
