Position: Call Center Executive
Industry: Healthcare & Diagnostics
Location: Noida Sec-39
Experience Required: 2–3 years (Healthcare/Diagnostics experience preferred)
Qualification: Graduate / 12th Pass with relevant experience
Reporting To: Call Center Manager / Operations Manager

Job Summary

The Call Center Executive will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting patients with information related to diagnostic tests, appointments, packages, reports, and service-related queries. The role requires excellent communication skills, patient handling ability, and a strong customer-service mindset.

E. Additional Requirements

  • Experience in healthcare customer support, hospital call center, or diagnostic lab call desk.
  • Familiarity with OPD, Radiology, Lab workflows, and sample collection processes.
  • Ability to handle emergency calls and guide patients appropriately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
