Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Telecaller role based in Niphad. The Telecaller will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls to engage with customers, providing detailed and accurate information about products and services, and resolving queries. Additional tasks include building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, recording customer responses and feedback, and achieving assigned targets. The role requires clear communication and exceptional interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills in local and/or regional languages and English
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills
• Ability to handle queries, resolve issues, and provide information clearly and accurately
• Results-oriented with skills to achieve and exceed targets
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry
• High level of patience, empathy, and problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in customer service, telecalling, or sales is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualifications; additional certifications in customer service or communication are a plus
