We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, understanding customer needs, providing information, and generating leads or converting inquiries into sales. You must have strong communication skills and a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers. Explain product or service details and answer customer queries politely and clearly. Maintain a record of calls and update customer information in the database. Cold calling to generate leads, appointments, or follow-ups. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Handle objections professionally and convert calls into sales or leads. Forward escalated queries to the senior team when required.
